 We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to expand our presence across Eurasia. In this role, you will grow export sales, strengthen dealer networks, and build lasting customer relationships in key markets&mdash;especially Turkey and Greece.
 
 
 
 Your Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and key influencers (A&amp;D).
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead customer acquisition and identify new business opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support dealers and collaborate closely with A&amp;D and IKAM teams using a multi-channel sales approach.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the expert for each assigned customer, understanding their needs, processes, and business drivers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote Sedus through marketing activities and share market insights with product management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with cross-functional teams and provide accurate forecasts and activity reports.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in the furniture industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Intercultural competence and ability to work collaboratively.
 </li>
 <li>
 High travel readiness (60%+).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office 365, CRM, pCon Basket.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English and Turkish; Greek is a strong asset.
