Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Submit, track, and follow up on medical claims with insurance providers</li><li>Verify patient insurance eligibility, coverage, and benefits</li><li>Review, investigate, and resolve denied or rejected claims</li><li>Process payment postings and reconcile billing records accurately</li><li>Perform Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up to ensure timely collections</li><li>Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status and reimbursement issues</li><li>Maintain accurate patient billing records and documentation</li><li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and healthcare billing regulations</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and claim-related issues</li><li>Prepare billing reports and provide regular updates on claim status and collections</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of experience in US Medical Billing</li><li>Strong understanding of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process</li><li>Hands-on experience with insurance verification, charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and AR follow-up</li><li>Working knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding is preferred</li><li>Excellent verbal and written English communication skills</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical billing software</li><li>Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

US Medical Billing Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Durable Medical Equipment (DME) campaign. The CSR will handle inbound and outbound calls, verify insurance details, assist patients with equipment orders, and ensure top-tier service in accordance with HIPAA regulations and DME compliance standards.Key Responsibilities:Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage for DME items.Educate patients on proper use and maintenance of DME.Explain patient responsibility and out-of-pocket costs clearly and professionally.Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal departments.Handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and compliance (HIPAA).Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary for resolution.Qualifications:Minimum of 6 months of experience in a healthcare/DME customer service role.Familiarity with insurance verification and prior authorization processes.Excellent communication skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Must be HIPAA compliant and aware of medical privacy regulations.Preferred Skills:BPO or call center experience in a US healthcare campaign.Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes.Empathetic, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.Job Type: Full-timeJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, FresherWork Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
