Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Doctor Chaser for our Durable Medical Equipment (DME) call center operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with healthcare providers and ensuring timely follow-ups on patient documents, prescriptions, and medical requirements to support the processing team.Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, KarachiJob Type: Full-TimeShift Timings: 7:00 PM &ndash; 2:00 AM (Monday to Friday) with alternatives SaturdayKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Make outbound calls to doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers to chase pending prescriptions and medical documentation.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely collection of doctor&rsquo;s notes, medical records, and prescriptions.</li><li>Maintain effective communication with the processing team to update case statuses.</li><li>Handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and compliance to HIPAA standards.</li><li>Track, monitor, and follow up on incomplete or delayed documentation.</li><li>Meet daily/weekly performance targets and ensure smooth case closures.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous DME experience (mandatory)</li><li>Excellent English communication skills (verbal &amp; written)</li><li>Strong follow-up and organizational skills</li><li>Familiarity with medical terminology will be a plus</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Pick &amp; Drop service for female staff</li><li>Professional work environment with growth opportunities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
