Core understanding of US HTS, EU Taric and non-preferential origin for duty calculations.You will have professional business English, and a mature outlook to liaise with key Irish partners.Join our team to drive Tariff mitigation opportunities and contribute to our success in the dynamic field of customs operations.<ul><li>Experienced with US import clearances processes and clearance Software.</li><li>An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.</li><li>Analyse client concerns by highlighting issues and dealing with any queries.</li><li>Research Customs duty updates to satisfy client compliance requirements.</li><li>Respond to client queries and assist in compiling client procedures /SOPs.</li><li>Work on own initiative to research the latest US Customs updates.</li></ul>You will be integral team member to optimise opportunities within customs regulations and logistics processes. Reporting to the Director, your core skills in negotiation and sales management will be essential in navigating complex customs requirements.Your expertise in supply chain logistics will emphasise operational efficiency.
