You will help introduce some of the nation&rsquo;s most unique event venues to elite corporate clients, top brands, meeting planners, affluent social clients, and agencies. Every touchpoint is polished, professional, and purpose-driven&mdash;and your work will have a measurable impact on Seafair&rsquo;s growth across both Southeast and Southwest Florida.Your Primary ResponsibilitiesSales &mdash; Prospect List CreationResearch, curate, and build targeted lists of qualified prospects using tools such as LinkedIn, industry directories, event calendars, and AI research platforms. Identify decision-makers across corporate, association, non-profit, luxury lifestyle, and high-net-worth segments who plan events ranging from corporate receptions to brand activations and milestone celebrations.Sales &mdash; Strategic Outbound ContactInitiate high-volume but personalized outreach through social platforms (LinkedIn), email, and CRM automations. Support the sales team by scheduling introductory calls, gathering initial event details, tracking responses, and ensuring prospect data is accurately maintained and enriched in the CRM.Marketing &mdash; Ideation &amp; Campaign SupportParticipate in brainstorming social media content, seasonal marketing ideas, holiday campaigns, and brand-aligned messaging. Assist in creating visually compelling marketing assets using Canva or similar tools. Support promotional campaigns for Seafair&rsquo;s two megayachts, upcoming launches, special events, and market-specific initiatives across Naples, Marco Island, Miami, and Fort Lauderdale.Additional Areas You May Support<ul><li>Competitive analysis and market research on luxury venues and event trends</li><li>Assisting with email marketing calendars and content ideas</li><li>Drafting outreach templates and social messaging</li><li>Supporting PR opportunities and content gathering (photos, videos, customer stories)</li></ul>Pay: $15.00 per hourWork Location: In person
