 Job Description : HR Operations Executive
 
 
 
 About The Role
 
 
 
 The Human Resources Executive manages and directs all human resources (HR) tasks for EXG. This role will focus on payroll processing, HR operations, onboarding, compliance, &amp; other key activities. The candidate will also be responsible for handling the Lifecyle of the employee. He/She will be the first point of contact for queries raised by the staff members.
 
 
 
 This position will be based out of Sanand Ahmedabad. The candidate will work in the General shift but will be required to come in the night shift for audits when required.
 
 
 
 Employee Onboarding
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Interact &amp; engage with new hires weekly(once) from the offer roll out date till date of joining
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for completing employee joining formalities as per the set process
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure required assets and access is handed over to the joiner on day 1 of joining
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete joining formalities such as documentation and medicals for unskilled labour
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Employee Engagement
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Reward and Recognition
 </li>
 <li>
 Initiate Monthly and Annual Reward &amp; Recognition program
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with managers and clients to get timely nominations
 </li>
 <li>
 Arrange for certificates, goodies/vouchers as per the event
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate the winner details on an organization level
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage shift schedule of the staff
 </li>
 <li>
 Validate performance of blue collar staff
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Process streamlines and Documentation
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure all the process are streamlined through HRMS &amp; escalate in case of process deviation
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a point of contact for resolving HR queries through KEKA
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Employee Exit Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure end to end exit process is completed on or before last working day of the month
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
 </li>
 <li>
 Work Experience: At least 3-4 years&rsquo; experience in handling core HR function
 </li>
 <li>
 Competencies: Good communication skills, Passionate on HR profile, Good Negotiation skills, Result Oriented, Go Getter, Problem Solver, Smart worker, Team player, career focussed
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced skills: Advanced knowledge on MS office, experience in HRMS software is an added advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 The successful candidate would have high level communication skills and have ability to drive HR initiatives along with the HR team members.
 </li>
