 About The Role
 
 
 
 As a Pharmacy Technician, you&rsquo;ll support patients and providers by managing prescription intake and clarification. This role is phone- and computer-based, working closely with doctors&rsquo; offices and patients to ensure prescriptions are accurate and processed efficiently. Our facilities are closed to the public, providing a secure and focused work environment.

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Answer inbound calls from physician offices
 </li>
 <li>
 Take and document verbal prescriptions
 </li>
 <li>
 Accurately enter prescription data into pharmacy systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to physician and patient inquiries
 </li>
 <li>
 Clarify prescription details (dosage, quantity, directions)
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Position Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work Location: Work-from-home position; must reside within 75 miles of Memphis, TN. Mississippi and Arkansas residents must work onsite
 </li>
 <li>
 High School Diploma or GED required
 </li>
 <li>
 Active Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB or NHA)
 </li>
 <li>
 Active Tennessee Pharmacy Technician License
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Reliable wired internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, internet, and email use
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous call center experience preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Dedicated, quiet home workspace
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic math proficiency
