Where Clean Cars Begin: Your Role
As a Team Leader, your role involves supporting the site's facility and operations responsibilities. Contribute to delivering outstanding customer service, boosting sales growth, and upholding stringent quality standards.<ul><li>
Drive exceptional customer service, sales growth, and maintain rigorous quality standards as a Team Leader.</li><li>
Greet customers with long-lasting first impressions.</li><li>
Educate customers about the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club.</li><li>
Actively engage with customers pre/post wash for 100% satisfaction.</li><li>
Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.</li><li>
Lead the team in achieving and sustaining high-quality service.</li><li>
Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.</li><li>
Operate basic retail equipment and understand the wash process.</li><li>
Drive team performance to exceed service standards.</li><li>
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.</li><li>
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.</li></ul>
What You&rsquo;ll Need to Shine<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.</li><li>
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.</li><li>
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.</li><li>
Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance.</li><li>
Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.</li><li>
Aspire for excellence in all tasks, consistently setting an example through leadership.</li><li>
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with appearance guidelines.</li><li>
Exceed expectations and uphold accountability in all responsibilities.</li><li>
Demonstrate flexibility in working hours, including weekends.</li></ul>
Work environment and physical demands<ul><li>
Required to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift.</li><li>
Ability to work on your feet for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.</li><li>
Ability to lift 25lbs.</li></ul>
