Job description⁠ ⁠Should have worked in Current owner search/two Owner Search process and Full search for at least 2+ years and have good understanding of Title Search.Netr-Online SearchFull SearchTwo Owner SearchCurrent owner search⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years of experience as Title Processor/ExaminerMust have good knowledge on all Title applications likeNETR Online, Data Trace, Data Tree, Title Point, Fiddler, Landex, Tapestryand other applicationsShould have worked in both Two Search, Full Search &amp; CurrentOwner Search⁠ ⁠Examine assessment, taxes, deeds, deeds of trust, liens, judgements, easements, and plats/maps to determine ownership, encumbrances, and to verify legal descriptions of property.Analyse chain of title and preparation of reports outlining title-related mattersSearch real estate records through online and applicationsCompile lists of mortgages, contracts, and other instruments pertaining to titles by searching public andprivate records for law firms, real estate agencies, or title insurance companiesEnsure that the title to a property in question has no restrictions that may prevent or hinder its sale or useSuperior attention to detail and decision-making skills to identify important and relevant documents and read andextract relevant information from themPrepare property reports and title commitmentsShould be ready to work in flexible shiftsMust be an expert in online searches using public domain.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
