</b></p><ul><li>Establish and maintain quality software modules, document and maintain all assigned projects. Follow software development standards and processes.
</li></ul><ul><li>Develop understanding and maintain proficiency in technical areas and standards related to assigned projects.
</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and maintain proficiency in the Life and Annuity insurance domains related to assigned projects.
</li></ul><ul><li>Design, write, comment and unit test own code to ensure modules compiled, are bug-free and are of the highest quality.
</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain accountabilities for all assigned work, provide accurate estimates on work to be completed, and provide descriptions of work completed.
</li></ul><ul><li>Communicate status of ongoing work internally within team and externally with clients, where appropriate.

</li></ul><ul><li>Understand debugging tools and techniques to identify and resolve errors.

</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in software development
</li><li>Hands-on experience with React for building dynamic, responsive user interfaces
</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools and technologies, including C# and .NET
</li><li>Basic proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts
</li><li>Solid understanding of MVC architecture and front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
</li><li>Familiarity with modern web development tools and frameworks: JSON, NPM, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap
</li><li>Working knowledge of TypeScript for building scalable and maintainable applications

</b></h2><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">India Production Support team members operate without direct access to the US production environment. They perform investigation and reproduction in lower environments (e.g., DEV/QA/UAT), prepare complete technical escalations, and partner with the US Production Support and Engineering teams for production log retrieval, configuration changes, and deployments.
</h2><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Support Window &amp; Shifts:
</b></h2><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Hexure offers live client support from 8:00am to 8:00pm EST. India team members work schedules aligned to India Standard Time (IST) with planned overlap to the US support window for effective collaboration and handoffs.

</b></h2><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">&bull; Acknowledge, triage, and resolve cases in Jira Service Management within SLAs; communicate status and next steps clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
</h2><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">&bull; Reproduce issues in non-production environments; analyze logs/payloads, API calls (REST/SOAP), and transmission artifacts (SFTP/HTTP).

</h2><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">&bull; Prepare complete escalations to US Production Support/Tier 2&ndash;3, including repro steps, environment details, payloads, logs, and certificate/endpoint information.
