Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in preparing, maintaining, and updating statutory registers and records as required under the Companies Act and other applicable laws.</li><li>Support in drafting notices, agendas, and minutes for Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings.</li><li>Assist in filing various e-forms with MCA (ROC filings), including preparation, verification, and documentation.</li><li>Help in conducting secretarial audits, compliance checks, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws.</li><li>Coordination with internal departments, external consultants, RTA, auditors, and stakeholders.</li><li>Assist in preparing annual reports, returns, resolutions, and compliance certificates.</li><li>Research on corporate laws, SEBI regulations, FEMA, and other applicable legal frameworks.</li><li>Support in documentation for share transfers, share allotments, and other secretarial matters.</li><li>Maintain organized documentation for all secretarial work.</li><li>Perform any other tasks assigned by the Company Secretary.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies Required:<ul><li>Good knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and basic understanding of corporate compliances.</li><li>Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt.</li></ul>Eligibility:<ul><li>Must have completed CS Executive (both modules) / as per ICSI training eligibility norms.</li><li>Available for full-time training as per ICSI requirements.</li></ul>Stipend: As per company policy Duration: As per ICSI guidelines (12/21 months)Job Types: Full-time, InternshipPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
