Key Responsibilities</b></div><div>
As an SDE III &ndash; Backend Engineer, you will:</div><ul><li> Lead the design and development of complex backend systems using Go.</li><li> Ensure code adheres to high standards of quality, performance, and maintainability.</li><li> Solve scalability, availability, and reliability challenges in distributed systems.</li><li> Implement and optimize data storage solutions, primarily using MongoDB.</li><li> Reduce cognitive complexity by promoting clear code structure and readability.</li><li> Participate in technical design reviews, architectural discussions, and code reviews.</li><li> Collaborate closely with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver features end-to-end.</li><li> Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers, promoting engineering best practices.</li><li> Take ownership of backend modules/services and drive continuous improvement.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</b></div><div><b>
Must-Have:</b></div><ul><li> 6+ years of experience in backend development, including 3+ years in Go (Golang).</li><li> Strong computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, concurrency, distributed systems).</li><li> Deep understanding of MongoDB (schema design, indexing, performance tuning).</li><li> Experience with API design (REST/RPC) and microservices architecture.</li><li> Strong grasp of clean code principles, cognitive complexity reduction, and SOLID principles.</li><li> Familiarity with message brokers such as Kafka, NATS, or RabbitMQ.</li><li> Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.</li><li> Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills.</li><li> Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li> Ability to take ownership and drive technical decisions independently.</li></ul><div><b>
