 Sustainability Analyst
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Data Analysis &amp; Reporting &ndash; Collect, validate, and analyse sustainability data using tools like Excel and other data analysis tools.

 Project Coordination &amp; Implementation &ndash; Support execution of sustainability initiatives aligned with clients&rsquo; ESG strategies.
 </li>

 Stakeholder Engagement &ndash; Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive adoption of sustainability programs.

 Research &amp; Insights &ndash; Conduct market research and benchmarking on emerging sustainability trends and best practices.

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Accounting &amp; Finance, Environmental sciences, Economics, or Sustainability.

 Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of relevant work experience.

 Skill Requirements

 Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work on complex data sets.

 Technical proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and data analysis tools.

 Knowledge of GHG Protocol, IFRS S1 &amp; S2, GRI, Science-Based Targets.
 </li>

 The opportunity
 
 
 
 We are seeking a Deal Manager / Specialist to join our MENA Pursuits Excellence team, based in Pakistan, Lebanon, or Jordan, as part of the Markets Enablement function. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting strategic and high-value pursuits across the MENA region. You will serve as the central driver for pursuit planning, coordination, and execution&mdash;partnering with client-serving teams to deliver winning proposals and compelling deal strategies.
 
 
 You will be at the forefront of enabling EY to win in the marketplace by applying Gold Standard Pursuit Process (GSPP) principles, leveraging leading tools and resources, and driving disciplined, collaborative execution across multidisciplinary teams.
 
 
 
 Your Key Responsibilities

 Manage the end-to-end pursuit lifecycle from qualification to close, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables aligned with firm protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive and track pursuit project plans, timelines, workstreams, interdependencies, and key milestones.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate pursuit strategy discussions and help craft differentiated win themes focused on client needs while protecting EY&rsquo;s interests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop compelling client-facing content including proposals, executive summaries, and presentations in collaboration with stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and support orals preparation and strategic messaging for client meetings and final presentations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and manage pursuit infrastructure using MS Teams, trackers, calendars, and status updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with creative services, insights professionals, and other internal resources to elevate proposal quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Capture knowledge and lessons learned to enhance EY&rsquo;s pursuit best practices and tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply and promote the use of AI-enabled proposal development tools to drive innovation and efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the &ldquo;glue&rdquo; of the pursuit team&mdash;keeping everyone aligned, engaged, and focused on the win strategy.

 Build strong relationships with Service Line, Account, and Business Development leaders.
