About Us:Eyes on Skin Spa is a results-driven, luxury skincare studio expanding into Ballston! We're known for customized treatments, advanced technologies, and a loyal client base. We&rsquo;re looking for a Master Esthetician with strong treatment skills who also enjoys being involved in social media content creation and engagement.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Perform high-quality, customized facials and skin treatments</li><li>Provide services such as Hydrafacial MD, dermaplaning, extractions, peels, etc.</li><li>Educate clients and recommend professional homecare</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment room</li><li>Complete SOAP notes promptly after each service</li><li>Create or participate in social media content (photos, videos, Reels, behind-the-scenes)</li><li>Post at least 2x per week to the spa&rsquo;s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)</li><li>Help promote services, specials, and brand values through digital content</li><li>Engage with followers via comments and messages when needed</li><li>Stay current with skincare trends and industry best practices</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Valid Virginia Master Esthetician License (Required)</li><li>3+ years of hands-on experience in a spa or medspa setting</li><li>Confident in advanced facial techniques and technology</li><li>Comfortable being on camera and creating content for social platforms</li><li>Knowledge of skincare brands, skin types, and treatment customization</li><li>Friendly, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills</li><li>Detail-oriented, reliable, and well-organized</li><li>Must be available evenings and weekends</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Commission + Tips or Hourly (Based on experience)</li><li>Bonus opportunities and retail commissions</li><li>Employee service and product discounts</li></ul>Why Join Eyes on Skin Spa?<ul><li>Beautiful new spa space in a prime Ballston location</li><li>Supportive team culture that values creativity and passion</li><li>Growing brand with strong demand and loyal clientele</li><li>Opportunities to learn new treatments and build your personal brand</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $200.00 per hourWork Location: In person
