<h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>JOB SUMMARY</b></h1>
<p>The Bartender works closely with the Bar Director, fellow Bartenders, and bar support staff, to provide exceptional drink and food service for all our guests. This position has a range of responsibilities including high touch guest service, quality cocktail making, barback training, cocktail batching, serving and coursing, ingredient production, cleaning, and organization. This job description reflects the general level and nature of the job. It is not intended to be all inclusive.</p><br>

<h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES</b></h1><ul><li><p><br>
Extend a genuine welcome and good-bye to all Ettan + Copra + Eylan guests;</p></li><li><p><br>
Work with a team mentality, looking out for the best interest of the whole team</p></li></ul><ul><li><p><br>
Oversee, communicate, and execute all bar duties/responsibilities;</p></li><li><p><br>
Set up and breakdown of bar, 2-3 wells nightly.</p></li><li><p><br>
Follow cocktail batch recipes from Ettan + Copra + Eylan bar bible;</p></li><li><p><br>
Reconcile cash drawer at opening and closing; oversee cash handling</p></li><li><p><br>
Track juice pars and log juice production needs</p></li><li><p><br>
Capable of executing all opening bar prep</p></li><li><p><br>
In depth knowledge of Ettan + Copra + Eylan's beer, wine, cocktails, and spirits</p></li><li><p><br>
In depth knowledge of food menu; able to answer guest questions and describe dishes awareness of dishes with potential allergens</p></li><li><div><br>
Working Toast POS knowledge: starting tabs, closing out and transferring checks; input orders course and modify food appropriately;</div></li><li><div><br>
Process credit card, cash and gift card payments</div></li><li><p><br>
Know all table and seat numbers based on seating floor map</p></li><li><p><br>
Communicate with management about any improving a guest experiences or special praise for their Ettan + Copra + Eylan experience</p></li></ul><ul><li><p><br>
Maintain awareness of the status of the restaurant as a whole during service to optimize collaboration and flow of service</p></li><li><p><br>
Maintain cleanliness and restock liquor storage room weekly</p></li><li><p><br>
Communicate with Bar Director any ingredient needs in a professional, timely manner</p></li></ul><br>

Have a keen eye on and take action to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the service areas and restaurant in general</p></li></ul><br>

Must be authorized to work in the United States</p></li><li><p><br>

Current Food Handler and Unlawful Harassment training certificates</p></li><li><p><br>

Clear sense of time management skills before, during, and after service</p></li><li><p><br>
