<b>Position Overview:</b><br>
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive <b>Data Entry and Administrative Assistant</b> to support our Marketing Team. This role involves handling data organization, maintaining accurate records, assisting with daily administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient communication and reporting within the team.<b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul><li>Input, update, and maintain marketing data across internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases.</li>
<li>Assist in managing marketing assets, campaign reports, and contact lists.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to track deliverables and timelines.</li>
<li>Prepare reports, documentation, and meeting summaries for internal and client-facing use.</li>
<li>Help organize and schedule team meetings, calls, and follow-ups.</li>
<li>Review data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.</li>
<li>Support other administrative duties as assigned by the marketing leadership.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements:</b></p>
<ul><li>Proven experience in <b>data entry</b>, <b>administration</b>, or a similar support role (marketing experience is a plus).</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency with <b>Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)</b> or <b>Microsoft Office Suite</b>.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and meet deadlines independently.</li>
</ul>

<ul><li>Full-time position</li>
<li>6 AM &ndash; 3 PM PST (U.S. Pacific Time Zone)</li>
