Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Screen Printing Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality screen printing processes on various substrates, ensuring vibrant colors and precise designs that meet our standards. Your expertise will help bring creative visions to life while maintaining efficiency and quality throughout production. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge printing technology in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the creation of exceptional print products that captivate audiences.Duties<ul><li>Set up and calibrate screen printing equipment, including preparing screens, inks, and substrates for production runs</li><li>Operate manual and automated screen printing presses, ensuring accurate registration and color consistency</li><li>Perform prepress tasks such as color management, layout design, and image preparation using Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design tools</li><li>Conduct quality control inspections throughout the printing process to identify and correct defects or inconsistencies</li><li>Maintain equipment cleanliness, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot technical issues promptly</li><li>Collaborate with the design team to interpret artwork specifications and ensure proper execution of print advertising materials</li><li>Manage inventory of inks, screens, and supplies to support continuous production flow</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in screen printing techniques across various substrates</li><li>Strong knowledge of prepress processes including color management, layout design, and typography</li><li>Proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)</li><li>Familiarity with manufacturing environments, CNC machinery, flexo presses, and machining tools is a plus</li><li>Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently when handling materials or supplies</li><li>Excellent attention to detail for quality control checks and color accuracy</li><li>Understanding of print advertising standards and visual aesthetics for impactful designs</li></ul>Join us in creating high-quality printed products that inspire!
