Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain personnel files of all employees in a prescribed format and keeping record.</li><li>Maintain and monitor staff timesheets and leave record.</li><li>end to end hiring and onboarding.</li><li>handling desiplanary actions</li><li>working experience on TimeTrax and oracle.</li><li>work on medical data.</li><li>experienced on payroll</li><li>Assist in the training and follow-up of Performance Appraisal process.</li><li>Process and maintain staff medical insurance claim records and other relevant documents.</li><li>Support the HR Manager / Deputy Manager in planning and organizing recruitment process.</li><li>Preparation of monthly payroll and incorporating changing of all staff.</li><li>Verify data for staff addition and deletions for health &amp; life insurance.</li><li>Supporting the Manager HR and other departments in all types of audit.</li><li>Any other task assigned by Supervisor/Sr. Management</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<ul><li>Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.</li><li>excellent work on excel</li><li>Holds self-accountable for making decisions and managing resources efficiently.</li><li>Develops and encourages new and innovative solutions.</li><li>Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines and intense pressure to perform.</li><li>Honest, encourages openness and transparency, builds trust and confidence.</li><li>Displays consistent excellent judgment.</li><li>Good organization and file handling.</li><li>Excellent skills on computer operation, especially on MS Word &amp; Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Flexible and adaptable with different circumstance.</li></ul>Education, Qualification &amp; Experience:<ul><li>4 year Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resource from a well reputed HEC recognized University.</li><li>At least 2-3 years of overall experience in the field of Human Resources.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In personApplication Deadline: 28/03/2024
