Job Opportunity &ndash; Assistant Manager (Quality) | Costa Coffee Shop We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Assistant Manager &ndash; Quality to join our coffee shop team. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products and service consistently meet the highest quality standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitor product quality and consistency across all coffee offerings</li><li>Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and operational standards are maintained</li><li>Conduct regular quality checks and staff training</li><li>Collaborate with operations and barista teams to maintain excellence</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or relevant qualification in Food Science, Hospitality, or Management</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in quality control or operations (preferably in the caf&eacute; or restaurant industry)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and leadership skills</li><li>Passion for coffee and customer satisfaction</li></ul>Location: Lahore Salary: Competitive &ndash; based on experienceIf you&rsquo;re dedicated to maintaining top-quality standards and love the caf&eacute; environment, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
