Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Nationality: Omani Only</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or professional qualification in Health, Safety &amp; Environment (HSE) or related field</li><li>NEBOSH certification (mandatory); additional HSE certifications are an advantage</li><li>Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in HSE within construction/engineering projects</li><li>At least 8 years of experience in Oman/GCC, preferably in real estate and infrastructure projects</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and management systems</li><li>Ensure full compliance with local regulations, international standards, and project HSE requirements</li><li>Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification (HIRA), and safety audits</li><li>Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards</li><li>Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions</li><li>Lead HSE training, awareness programs, and toolbox talks for site personnel</li><li>Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe execution of all construction activities</li></ul>Technical Requirements:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices (OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc.)</li><li>Experience in construction safety management and environmental controls</li><li>Familiarity with permit-to-work systems and emergency response planning</li><li>Ability to prepare HSE reports, statistics, and compliance documentation</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Management:<ul><li>Lead and manage the HSE team on-site</li><li>Promote a strong safety culture across all project stakeholders</li><li>Ability to enforce HSE compliance and take proactive safety measures</li></ul>Communication &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Excellent communication and training skills</li><li>Ability to liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities</li><li>Strong reporting and documentation skills</li></ul>Pay: RO2,000.000 - RO2,100.000 per monthWork Location: In person
