Job Purpose:To design, review, and supervise structural works for the logistics city project, ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of concrete and steel structures in compliance with approved codes, standards, and project requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and review structural designs for warehouses, and associated facilities like labor accommodation.</li><li>Design and review steel structures and coordinate with steel structure suppliers and fabricators.</li><li>Review, coordinate, and approve structural shop drawings, including steel shop drawings.</li><li>Perform and verify structural calculations in accordance with applicable codes and standards (SBC, ACI, AISC, Eurocode as applicable).</li><li>Develop structural models and analysis using approved engineering software.</li><li>Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure design integration.</li><li>Review geotechnical reports and propose appropriate foundation systems.</li><li>Provide site supervision support and ensure construction works comply with approved drawings and specifications.</li><li>Assist the project management team in resolving technical and construction-related issues.</li><li>Prepare technical reports, design notes, and engineering recommendations.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering).</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics cities, industrial, warehouse projects.</li><li>Strong experience in both steel and reinforced concrete structures.</li></ul>Software &amp; Technical Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in structural analysis and design software:</li></ul>ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000<ul><li>Experience with STAAD or Robot is preferred.</li><li>Strong experience in Tekla Structures (highly preferred).</li><li>Solid knowledge of preparing and reviewing steel shop drawings.</li><li>Good understanding of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and relevant international standards.</li></ul>Other Details<ul><li>Salary is up to 12K</li><li>Nationality: Any Arab nationality</li><li>Arab candidate outside KSA can be an option with previous experience in KSA.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month

Structural Engineer

Job PurposeTo manage and control project costs by accurately measuring, estimating, and monitoring quantities and costs throughout the lifecycle of a logistics city development, ensuring compliance with approved budgets, schedules, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and quantify all project works including warehouses, residential buildings, infrastructure, and utilities.</li><li>Prepare, review, and update Bills of Quantities (BOQ) in accordance with drawings and specifications.</li><li>Perform cost estimation and pricing for all construction activities.</li><li>Analyze unit rates and review contractors&rsquo; and suppliers&rsquo; quotations and tenders.</li><li>Prepare, review, and certify interim and final payment certificates.</li><li>Evaluate and manage Variation Orders and assess their financial impact on the project.</li><li>Coordinate with design, supervision, and site teams to ensure accurate quantities and reflect design changes.</li><li>Monitor project cost performance and prepare periodic cost and financial reports.</li><li>Review contracts from a commercial and quantity perspective.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and contractual requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, or related field).</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost control.</li><li>Previous experience in logistics cities, industrial, warehouse projects.</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Strong expertise in quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation.</li><li>Proficiency in cost estimation and price analysis.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.</li><li>Good knowledge of construction contracts and payment procedures.</li></ul>Software Skills<ul><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel.</li><li>AutoCAD (Basic to Intermediate).</li><li>Knowledge of project management or quantity surveying software (e.g., Primavera or similar) is an advantage.</li></ul>Other Details<ul><li>Salary is up to 12K.</li><li>Nationality: Any Arab nationality.</li><li>Arab candidate outside KSA can be an option with previous experience in KSA.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month

Quantity Surveyor Engineer

The role holder is responsible for monitoring all MEP Quality works &amp; monitoring all activities related to rehabilitation &amp; maintenance work &amp; expert with installation, testing &amp; commissioning as per the (ITP) inspection test plans, Review the shop drawings, Regular Inspection of existing MEP services &amp; prepare the report &amp; rectify the comments with the help of Engineers &amp; technicians within the time limit &amp; prepare all reports &amp; log sheets of all types of MEP equipment and ensure that the PPM are conducted on time with right procedure. Develop maintenance procedures and schedules. MEP Supervisor

Job Purpose:Ro design, supervise, and manage all electrical works for the Logistics City project, including warehouses, residential buildings, and supporting facilities, ensuring compliance with approved standards, electrical codes, and authority requirements.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and review electrical systems for warehouses, residential buildings, and infrastructure facilities.</li><li>Prepare electrical designs for Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) systems.</li><li>Design internal and external lighting systems using specialized software.</li><li>Prepare electrical load calculations and power demand schedules.</li><li>Supervise electrical works on-site and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with other disciplines (Architectural, Civil, Mechanical).</li><li>Review and approve shop drawings and electrical layouts.</li><li>Coordinate with the electricity authority and service providers for design approvals and connections.</li><li>Review and approve electrical materials, suppliers, and subcontractors.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes and safety standards (IEC, NEC, SBC).</li><li>Participate in testing, commissioning, and final handover of electrical systems.</li><li>Prepare technical reports and progress updates for project management.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Electrical Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics cities, industrial, warehouse projects.</li><li>Good knowledge of warehouse electrical systems and high-load facilities.</li></ul>Technical Experience<ul><li>Design of:</li><li>Low Voltage &amp; Medium Voltage systems</li><li>Internal and external lighting systems</li><li>Low Current Systems (Fire Alarm, CCTV, Data, Access Control)</li><li>Electrical load calculations and coordination with electricity authorities.</li><li>Electrical material approvals and technical submittals.</li></ul>Software Skills<ul><li>AutoCAD</li><li>Revit MEP</li><li>Dialux / Dialux EVO</li><li>ETAP or equivalent (preferred)</li></ul>Other Details<ul><li>Salary is up to 12K.</li><li>Nationality: Any Arab nationality.</li><li>Arab candidate outside KSA can be an option with previous experience in KSA.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
