Key ResponsibilitiesBilling Duties:<ul><li>Generate and issue accurate bills/invoices to patients/customers (IP, OP, Pharmacy, Diagnostics, etc.).</li><li>Verify billing data, treatment/service details, and insurance/TPA approvals before final billing.</li><li>Maintain billing records and ensure correct entries in the hospital management system/software.</li><li>Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and insurance desk for accurate charge posting.</li><li>Submit bills to patients, corporate clients, or insurance companies on time.</li><li>Resolve billing discrepancies and handle patient queries related to bills.</li></ul>Cashier Duties:<ul><li>Handle all cash, credit/debit card, UPI, and cheque transactions at billing counters.</li><li>Issue receipts against all collections and maintain proper records.</li><li>Reconcile daily cash/collection reports with system entries.</li><li>Deposit collected amounts with the Accounts department/bank as per policy.</li><li>Ensure no cash shortages/excess at the end of the shift.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of financial and patient information.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Knowledge of billing and cash-handling procedures.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/accounting software (hospital ERP preferred).</li><li>Strong numerical, accuracy, and reconciliation skills.</li><li>Good communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage queues during peak hours.</li><li>High integrity and trustworthiness in financial handling.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree/Diploma in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in billing/accounts/cashiering (hospital/retail experience preferred).</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Insurance Executive
