If you&rsquo;re a bilingual HR professional who wants more than just paperwork, this role puts you at the center of operations supporting employees, partnering with leadership, and driving safety in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on role where your work directly improves the employee experience on the floor every day.
Requirements:
<ul><li>Support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations</li><li>
Act as a trusted HR partner to supervisors and frontline employees</li><li>
Handle employee concerns, coaching, and performance support</li><li>
Administer benefits and answer HR-related questions</li><li>
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies</li><li>
Play a key role in workplace safety programs and initiatives</li><li>
Maintain an active presence on the production floor</li></ul>
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>
Bilingual in English &amp; Spanish (required)</li><li>
2+ years of HR experience (manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred)</li><li>
Strong working knowledge of HR practices and employment law</li><li>
Confident communicator who can build trust across all levels</li><li>
Comfortable in a hands-on, on-site role</li></ul>
 Work Environment:<ul><li>
Combination of office and production floor work</li><li>
Cold environment (~37&deg;F at times)</li><li>
Active role that involves walking the facility regularly</li></ul>
