Patterson Flynn currently maintains 14 showrooms across the United States, each showcasing our commitment to exceptional quality and personalized design solutions. Our team works closely with interior designers and discerning clients to create custom pieces that reflect individual style while maintaining the highest standards of luxury and craftsmanship.

This is an opportunity to work alongside a top performer with polish, organization, and client-focused excellence. Together, you'll ensure our high-end clients receive the seamless, luxury products and service that defines our brand. 


What You'll Do
<ul>
<li>Serve as a trusted client contact, ensuring projects and processes move smoothly, and clients are supported throughout the journey.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Develop a successful sales partnership with a high-performing Account Executive ensuring high quality client service and generating and maintaining strong sales momentum for the sales territory.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Support sales growth with outreach prep, meeting materials, and sales lead sharing.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Manage project details, quotes, and timelines with precision.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Collaborate with showroom, operations, design, and production teams for flawless project execution.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Maintain CRM updates, track pipeline activity, and share insights with AE partner and leadership.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Assist clients in the showroom with products and inquiries</li></ul> 


What We're Looking For
<ul>
<li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in sales support, client service, or project coordination &mdash; ideally within luxury interiors, textiles, design, or related field.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail &mdash; you love keeping projects on track.</li>
</ul><ul><li>A proactive, anticipatory mindset and ability to stay one step ahead.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Strong communication skills and confidence working with discerning clients.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Poise under pressure and professionalism when collaborating with sales partners.</li>
</ul><ul><li>CRM experience (Salesforce, Odoo, or similar) and comfort with management of data and reporting.</li>
</ul><ul><li>A refined, client-centric approach with genuine enthusiasm for design and craftsmanship</li></ul>
