Job Summary</b></p>
<p>
Dedicated support to F | STAFF tech. Employee is responsible for partnering with outside vendors to promote the app as well as continue to push for improvements on a consistent basis and is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and security of company intranets and computer systems. Employee will also be direct support to Chief Technology Officer (CTO) which includes project management and reporting.</p><br>

<p><b>
Essential Functions</b></p>
<ul><li>Follow-up on Bug / Enhancement tickets submitted to Work&rsquo;n</li></ul>
<ul><li>Test product updates for bugs / fixes</li></ul>
<ul><li>Stay up to date on new releases and share with users</li></ul>
<ul><li>Create training media and SOPs</li></ul>
<ul><li>Use tech trends and advancements such as AI to enhance operational and administrative efficiencies</li></ul>
<ul><li>Work with CTO and tech design team to implement improvements</li></ul>
<ul><li>Setting up new users and giving them access to company software, apps, and technology</li></ul>
<ul><li>Suggest product enhancement ideas and pursue completion</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide internal / external training on new advancements</li></ul>
<ul><li>Managing and maintaining the file servers</li></ul>
<ul><li>Own the tech stack</li></ul>
<ul><li>In partnership with Interstate Systems, monitoring the systems operational health</li></ul>
<ul><li>Employing the latest security protocols</li></ul>
<ul><li>Welcoming newly working drivers and newly billing clients</li></ul>
<ul><li>Partner with other department leaders to accomplish greater efficiency and improve tech</li></ul>
<ul><li>Client and Driver Demos</li></ul>
<ul><li>Report on business trends to department leaders</li></ul>
<ul><li>Conduit for drivers and social media</li></ul>
<ul><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><br>

Minimum Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in IT or related field</li></ul><br>
<p></p>
<p><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul><li>AI credentials</li></ul>
<ul><li>At least 1 year of software development experience</li></ul>
<ul><li>At least 1 year of Business Analytics engineering experience</li></ul><br>

Physical Demands:</b></p>
<ul><li>Must be able to sit and type at a computer terminal for long periods of time including an entire working day</li></ul>
<ul><li>Perform tasks that require fine dexterity and repetitive motions using the arms, hands, wrists, and fingers</li></ul><br>
