Fabritex Enterprises is seeking a dynamic and self-driven Assistant Manager &ndash; HR to lead critical HR initiatives and support organizational growth. This role requires an energetic personality, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to handle responsibilities independently while collaborating with management and teams.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies</li><li>Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance</li><li>Lead employee engagement and training initiatives</li><li>Manage performance appraisal cycles and career development programs</li><li>Provide strategic HR support to senior management</li><li>Drive HR initiatives independently and ensure timely execution</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred)</li><li>Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role</li><li>Energetic, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of projects</li><li>Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills</li><li>Excellent knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and best practices</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
