The HR Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for employees and visitors while providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role ensures smooth front-desk operations, supports HR processes, and maintains a professional and welcoming workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Reception &amp; Front Desk Duties<ul><li>
Professionally greet and assist employees and individuals undergoing onboarding.</li><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, assessing their needs and directing them to the appropriate HR staff member.</li><li>
Welcome visitors, manage sign-in procedures, and maintain visitor logs.</li><li>
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails in a courteous manner.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.</li></ul>
HR Administrative Support<ul><li>
Maintain and update employee files and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.</li><li>
File, scan, and organize HR documents in accordance with company policies.</li><li>
Distribute HR forms, policies, and internal communications as required.</li></ul>
General Office Support<ul><li>
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.</li><li>
Perform data entry and assist with basic HR reports.</li><li>
Support HR events, meetings, and special projects as needed.</li></ul>
Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is an advantage.</li></ul>
Required Skills<ul><li>
Bilingual proficiency (spoken and written) is required.</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.</li><li>
Professional demeanor and strong customer-service skills.</li><li>
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>
Knowledge of confidentiality and basic HR practices.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li></ul>
