<div>We&rsquo;re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own our growth engine end-to-end. You&rsquo;ll plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels to drive high-intent leads and revenue for Fabworks. This is a small, fast-moving team where you&rsquo;ll be responsible for both the strategy and the doing.

Compensation:
$90,000 - $120,000 yearly
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Own and optimize performance across Google Ads (search &amp; display) and retargeting.</li><li>
Drive and track SEO initiatives to increase qualified organic traffic.</li><li>
Plan and manage paid creator/influencer campaigns, from outreach to ROI tracking.</li><li>
Develop and refine Fabworks&rsquo; brand presence across web, email, and social.</li><li>
Create and test landing pages, ads, and content to improve conversion rates.</li><li>
Build reporting dashboards, track KPIs, and make clear recommendations based on data.</li><li>
Collaborate with sales/ops to turn customer insights into campaigns that actually move the needle.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Critical: Experience with manufacturing, engineering, or technical audiences.</li><li>
3+ years experience in performance or growth marketing (B2B, SaaS, or e-commerce preferred).</li><li>
Proven track record running and scaling Google Ads campaigns with positive ROI.</li><li>
Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and content strategy.</li><li>
Strong copywriting skills for ads, email, and landing pages.</li><li>
Comfortable with tools like Google Ads, GA4/analytics, and basic marketing automation/CRM.</li><li>
Highly self-directed: can set goals, prioritize, and execute without a big team.</li></ul>
