We are looking for a creative and result-driven In-House Marketing Executive with strong Social Media Management and Graphic Design skills to handle our brand&rsquo;s online presence. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, visual storytelling, and performance tracking.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms)</li><li>Design engaging graphics, carousels, reels, and stories</li><li>Edit photos and videos for social media posting</li><li>Plan, schedule, and publish daily content</li><li>Create short-form video content (Reels &amp; TikTok)</li><li>Monitor and analyze social media insights, reach, engagement, and ad performance</li><li>Support social media advertising campaigns and reporting</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in Social Media Management</li><li>Strong knowledge of Graphic Designing</li><li>Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, or similar</li><li>Excellent skills in photo editing, carousel design, reels, and story creation</li><li>Knowledge of Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads, and basic ad analytics</li><li>Ability to analyze insights and improve content performance</li><li>Creative mindset with attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work in-house in Dubai</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Bonus)<ul><li>Experience with TikTok trends and viral content</li><li>Basic copywriting skills for captions and ads</li><li>Experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary: AED 4,000 &ndash; AED 5,000</li><li>Creative and supportive work environment</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a premium brand</li><li>Long-term career opportunity</li><li>Hybrid setup (On-site and Work from Home)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
