Job Description:
As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.<ul><li>
Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRI&Eacute;.</li><li>
Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.</li><li>
Responsible for maintaining an organized schedule.</li><li>
Demonstrate, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRI&Eacute; products.</li><li>
Work with the manager to notify when supplies of any kind are low to ensure we have all items on hand.</li><li>
Assist in all in store operational processes.</li><li>
Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.</li><li>
Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.</li><li>
Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.</li><li>
Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.</li><li>
Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.</li></ul>
Experience<ul><li>
Guest Service Experience (1 year)</li><li>
Sales and Marketing Experience</li><li>
Preferred Salon Experience</li></ul>
Job Type: Part Time - This position will range from 27-30 hours per week. Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays are required.
Education: High-school, or equivalent. Esthetician license not required, but welcomed!

Our AP Esthetician is responsible for performing 40-minute facials, dermaplaning, peels, waxing and brow tinting. You must maintain State Board compliance and keeping accurate and complete records. This is a salary position with bonus incentive opportunities tied to achieving monthly store revenue goals. The Sales Manager will work closely with store leadership to support daily operations, drive revenue, coach the team, and ensure an elevated client experience.
The ideal candidate is confident in a fast-paced beauty or service-based environment, understands the importance of sales and client retention, and is passionate about leading a team to hit goals.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Support monthly store revenue goals through strong sales execution, memberships, rebooking, upgrades, enhancements, retail, and client retention</li><li>
Work closely with store leadership to drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals</li><li>
Coach and motivate team members to create a positive, goal-oriented culture</li><li>
Support front bar and esthetician team accountability around client experience, rebooking, memberships, and sales</li><li>
Assist with day-to-day store operations, scheduling support, client escalations, and team communication</li><li>
Help ensure brand standards, service standards, cleanliness, and operational excellence are maintained</li><li>

Qualifications<ul><li>
Active Georgia Esthetician License required</li><li>
Salon, spa, beauty, med spa, or retail management experience preferred</li><li>
Sales experience required; beauty, wellness, membership, or service-based sales experience strongly preferred</li><li>
Experience coaching, training, or leading a team preferred</li><li>
Strong understanding of client experience, customer service, and retention</li><li>
Ability to drive goals through memberships, rebooking, upgrades, enhancements, and retail sales</li><li>
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-touch client environment</li><li>
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Positive, professional, and team-focused leadership style</li><li>

Greets guests in a timely and friendly manner
</li><li>Assist the Manager in scheduling needs, schedule cuts that need to be made throughout the day and assigning team breaks.
</li><li>Assists the Manager with inventory counts, ordering products, Amazon order, receiving products and to ensure inventory is accurate
