<div>FACE FOUNDRI&Eacute; West Midtown is looking for a motivated, sales-driven, and leadership-minded Sales Manager to join our growing team.
This is a salary position with bonus incentive opportunities tied to achieving monthly store revenue goals. The Sales Manager will work closely with store leadership to support daily operations, drive revenue, coach the team, and ensure an elevated client experience.
The ideal candidate is confident in a fast-paced beauty or service-based environment, understands the importance of sales and client retention, and is passionate about leading a team to hit goals.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Support monthly store revenue goals through strong sales execution, memberships, rebooking, upgrades, enhancements, retail, and client retention</li><li>
Work closely with store leadership to drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals</li><li>
Coach and motivate team members to create a positive, goal-oriented culture</li><li>
Support front bar and esthetician team accountability around client experience, rebooking, memberships, and sales</li><li>
Assist with day-to-day store operations, scheduling support, client escalations, and team communication</li><li>
Help ensure brand standards, service standards, cleanliness, and operational excellence are maintained</li><li>
Monitor performance trends and help identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve client retention</li><li>
Lead by example with professionalism, strong communication, and a solution-focused mindset</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Active Georgia Esthetician License required</li><li>
Salon, spa, beauty, med spa, or retail management experience preferred</li><li>
Sales experience required; beauty, wellness, membership, or service-based sales experience strongly preferred</li><li>
Experience coaching, training, or leading a team preferred</li><li>
Strong understanding of client experience, customer service, and retention</li><li>
Ability to drive goals through memberships, rebooking, upgrades, enhancements, and retail sales</li><li>
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-touch client environment</li><li>
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Positive, professional, and team-focused leadership style</li><li>
Weekend availability required</li></ul>

Required: Esthetician License
Operations:<ul><li>
Greets guests in a timely and friendly manner
</li><li>Assist the Manager in scheduling needs, schedule cuts that need to be made throughout the day and assigning team breaks.
</li><li>Assists the Manager with inventory counts, ordering products, Amazon order, receiving products and to ensure inventory is accurate
</li><li>Responsible for achieving store and individual sales goals.</li><li>
Reports directly to the Store Manager
</li></ul>Training:<ul><li>
Assist in training estheticians to ensure they are confident in protocols, product knowledge, selling and compliance
</li><li>Train new and existing estheticians on ongoing training and protocol changes which includes but is not limited to products and services
</li><li>Assists the Manager in holding the esthetician team accountable to hitting benchmarks on current programs and initiatives including service sales, product sale, membership goals and rebook.
</li><li>Assists the Manager in ensuring all FACE FOUNDRI&Eacute; standards are being upheld</li><li>
Confident in having coaching conversations with team members
</li><li>May conduct product, retail and membership training to both Front Bar Receptionists and Estheticians.
</li></ul>Marketing:<ul><li>
Assist in Marketing initiatives which may include but are not limited to events, pop-ups, social media content
</li></ul>Position Requirements
<ul><li>1-2 years of prior leadership experience</li><li>
Esthetician License</li><li>
Availability to work onsite events (Nights and weekends)
</li></ul>Preferred Requirements
<ul><li>1-2 years of salon/spa experience</li><li>
1-2 years of leadership, customer service experience in the salon and spa or retail industry
