The Lead Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest who comes through the door, as well as supporting the team under the guidance of the Salon Manager. They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment and exceeding standards in guest services, phone etiquette, and product and service recommendations.
This role also requires travel between locations to support our Front Bar team.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain FACE FOUNDRI&Eacute; standards.</li><li>
Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.</li><li>
Explain, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRI&Eacute; products.</li><li>
Work with the Salon Manager to notify when supplies are low.</li><li>
Be proficient in the POS system and stay updated on ongoing in-store promotions.</li><li>
Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.</li><li>
Accurately follow all company timekeeping procedures.</li><li>
Attend mandatory training sessions and team meetings.</li><li>
Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures before, during, and after services to ensure board compliance at all times.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store at all times.</li></ul>
Experience:<ul><li>
Guest Service Experience: 1 year (required)</li><li>
Sales and Marketing Experience</li><li>
Salon Experience (preferred)</li><li>
Current Esthetic Students (preferred)</li></ul>
Job Type: Full Time 
Education: High School or equivalent
Pay: $17-20/hr plus eligible for 15% net product commissions plus membership and package sale bonuses of $5-$40 per sale.</div>
