 Required: Advanced Practice Esthetics License
 
 
 Our &ldquo;SKIN EXPERT&rdquo; (Esthetician / Cosmetologist) is responsible for performing 40-minute facials, brows, lashes and waxing. The SKIN EXPERT is also responsible for maintaining State Board compliance and keeping accurate and complete records. Skin Experts provide excellent customer service, achieve all service and product goals as well as following all of FACE FOUNDRI&Eacute; guidelines. Must be 18 years to apply with an active and valid Esthetics or Cosmetology License as required by law.

 As a FACE FOUNDRI&Eacute; Skin Expert you will -
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide excellent customer service at all times to all guests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve personal and store goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Explain, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRI&Eacute; products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform services, including but not limited to: dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow lamination, lash lifts and lash extensions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Give service recommendations and rebook clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services to ensure Board compliance at all times.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRI&Eacute; personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with the Salon Manager to notify of supply needs to ensure necessary items are on hand at all times.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in all in-store operational processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
 </li>
 <li>
 Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Experience we are looking for -
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Advanced Practice Esthetics License
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Eyelash Extension application is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Developed communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

 At our Edina location, we are currently hiring for a part-time Esthetician that is available weekends and has their Advanced Practice Esthetics License. Opportunities for a full-time postion in the future.
