About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with month-end close and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and account reconciliations</li><li>Assist with month-end and year-end close processes</li><li>Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation</li><li>Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts</li><li>Assist with preparation of financial statements and internal reports</li><li>Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation calculations</li><li>Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed</li><li>Assist with audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting</li><li>Ensure accounting records comply with GAAP and company policies</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of accounting experience (public accounting or industry)</li><li>Strong understanding of GAAP principles</li><li>Experience with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar ERP)</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>CPA or CPA candidate</li><li>Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools</li><li>Prior experience in a growing or multi-entity organization</li></ul>Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Greenwood Village, CO 80111
