 This is a full-time on-site position for a
 
 
 Front Desk Receptionist
 
 at
 
 Facial Lounge
 
 in Kuwait City. The receptionist will be responsible for welcoming clients and visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, performing clerical duties, and providing exceptional customer service.
 
 
 Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, coordinating with other staff members, handling inquiries professionally, and assisting in promoting and marketing the center&rsquo;s services over the phone.
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong customer service and reception abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to market and promote services effectively over the phone
 </li>
 <li>
 Clerical and administrative skills including data entry, filing, and use of office equipment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and time-management abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 High school diploma required; additional qualifications in Office Administration or Marketing are an advantage
 </li>
