As a Journeyman Electrician, you will plan layouts, install and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment. The ideal candidate will mentor and develop Apprentice Electricians as well as promote the core values of FSG through excellent customer service and assuring the safety of all work.<br>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Prepares sketches showing location of wiring and equipment, or follows diagrams or blueprints, ensuring that concealed wiring is installed before completion of future walls, ceilings, and flooring.</li><li>
Plans new or modified installations to minimize waste of materials, provide access for future maintenance, and avoid unsightly, hazardous, and unreliable wiring, consistent with specifications, safety codes and local electrical codes.</li><li>
Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.</li><li>
Installs control and distribution apparatus such as switches, relays, and circuit-breaker panels; installs Buss, Busbar, electrical feeders, power systems and/or switchgear.</li><li>
Repairs faulty equipment or systems.</li><li>
Work from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures.</li><li>
Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.</li><li>
Meets attendance standards and complies with late/absence notification procedures.</li><li>
Maintain current electrician's license or identification card to meet governmental regulations.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>High School Diploma or General Education Degree</li><li>
Current Electrician&rsquo;s License preferred but not required.</li><li>
Three to five years&rsquo; experience in the field</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>
Ability to multitask while staying organized</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communications skills</li><li>
Positive customer service skills</li><li>

Traveling Journeyman Electrician

As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for managing BIM technology within a construction project, ensuring that all stakeholders follow the established protocols and standards. In addition, the BIM Manager is responsible for managing the BIM team, developing and implementing BIM standards and workflows, and ensuring that BIM models are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with project requirements.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Lead the BIM team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the effective use of BIM technology throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>
Develop and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows following project requirements, industry standards, and best practices.</li><li>
Collaborate with project stakeholders to determine BIM deliverables, goals, and requirements.</li><li>
Manage and coordinate the creation, integration, and maintenance of BIM models and data throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>
Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, specifications, and codes and are accurate, up-to-date, and coordinated with other disciplines.</li><li>
Implement quality control and quality assurance processes for BIM models and data, ensuring they meet project requirements and standards.</li><li>
Develop and maintain BIM execution plans and model management plans, ensuring they are communicated and followed by all stakeholders.</li><li>
Manage the BIM software and hardware resources, including licenses, training, and support.</li><li>
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to the BIM team and other project stakeholders.</li><li>
Stay updated on the latest BIM technology, tools, and trends, and identify opportunities to improve BIM workflows and processes.</li><li>
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines related to BIM activities.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.</li><li>
Proven experience in BIM management, with at least 5-7 years of experience in construction projects.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of BIM technology, software, and standards, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.</li><li>
Familiarity with BIM-related codes and standards, such as ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and COBie.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and owners.</li><li>
Strong leadership and people management skills, including motivating and developing a team.</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve BIM-related issues.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.</li><li>
Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.</li><li>
Experience with 4D and 5D BIM is a plus.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
