Duties and responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement logistics strategies to support business growth and efficiency.</li><li>Optimize supply chain processes to reduce cost and improve service levels.</li><li>Oversee inbound and outbound transportation operations.</li><li>Negotiate contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and transport vendors.</li><li>Supervise warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling.</li><li>Prepare and manage logistics budgets, ensuring cost control.</li><li>Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with logistics partners, suppliers, and transport providers.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, production, sales) to ensure smooth operations.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and distribution systems.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems and Tally software.</li><li>Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Accommodation available</li><li>Food mess available</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per month
