Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of recruitment experience to support our hiring efforts across various departments. You will be responsible for assisting in the full recruitment lifecycle &mdash; from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding activities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in understanding hiring needs by working closely with hiring managers.</li><li>Draft and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and internal platforms.</li><li>Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.</li><li>Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.</li><li>Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li><li>Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Support offer letter preparation and pre-boarding formalities.</li><li>Assist in organizing recruitment drives and campus hiring events, if required.</li><li>Maintain hiring reports and recruitment dashboards.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Any Degree</li><li>Minimum 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience</li><li>Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and coordination abilities.</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.</li></ul>Good to Have:<ul><li>Experience in using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, or Indeed for sourcing.</li><li>Understanding of basic labor laws related to hiring.</li><li>Exposure to onboarding and employee documentation processes.</li></ul>Contact- 9946017774Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;14,000.00 - &#8377;16,000.00 per month
