Job Summary:The HR and Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, as well as managing the company&rsquo;s administrative functions. This role plays a key part in shaping company culture, ensuring legal compliance, optimizing HR strategies, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and effective leader with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:Human Resource Management:1. Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition<ul><li>Manpower planning in coordination with department heads.</li><li>Managing full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.</li><li>Employer branding through social platforms and career pages.</li></ul>2. Employee Onboarding &amp; Lifecycle Management<ul><li>Conduct structured onboarding and orientation programs.</li><li>Manage employee records, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.</li><li>Develop and maintain updated job descriptions and organization charts.</li></ul>3. Performance Management<ul><li>Drive the annual and mid-year appraisal process.</li><li>Implement KPI-based performance evaluation systems.</li><li>Provide support in performance improvement plans (PIPs).</li></ul>4. Employee Engagement &amp; Retention<ul><li>Plan and execute engagement activities, rewards &amp; recognition programs.</li><li>Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.</li><li>Support wellness, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.</li></ul>5. HR Policies &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Draft and update HR policies as per company needs and labor laws.</li><li>Ensure legal compliance with ESI, maternity, gratuity, and other statutory laws.</li><li>Conduct periodic audits and maintain compliance documentation.</li></ul>6. Payroll &amp; Compensation<ul><li>Create compensation sheets, and coordinate for timely payroll processing with management.</li><li>Manage attendance, leave records, and salary inputs.</li></ul>7. Training &amp; Development<ul><li>Identify skill gaps through training needs analysis (TNA).</li><li>Coordinate internal and external training sessions/workshops.</li><li>Maintain a training calendar and learning outcome assessments.</li></ul>Administration Management:<ul><li>Supervise general administrative operations (facilities, office supplies, security, etc.).</li><li>Manage vendor relationships and administrative procurement.</li><li>Ensure the physical and digital workplace is functional, secure, and well-maintained.</li><li>Develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures.</li><li>Oversee contracts, renewals, and compliance.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
