Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development:<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company&rsquo;s objectives.</li><li>Conduct market research and audience analysis to tailor strategies that drive engagement and growth.</li></ul>Content Planning &amp; Creation:<ul><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to create and curate high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn )</li><li>Ensure content is on-brand, consistent with the voice and tone, and optimized for each platform.</li><li>Plan and schedule posts, including copywriting, visuals, and multimedia elements.</li></ul>Community Engagement:<ul><li>Build and nurture relationships with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.</li><li>Monitor and engage with user-generated content and encourage audience interaction.</li><li>Identifying, researching, and building relationships with relevant influencers based on target audience and brand values</li></ul>Campaign Management:<ul><li>Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments (e.g., PR, advertising) to ensure integrated marketing efforts.</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.</li><li>Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.</li><li>Utilize analytics tools to measure ROI, engagement, reach, and conversion rates.</li></ul>Paid Media &amp; Advertising:<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize social media paid ad campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).</li><li>Ensure ads are targeted effectively and deliver results.</li></ul>Brand Monitoring &amp; Crisis Management:<ul><li>Track brand sentiment and address potential issues or negative feedback in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Help manage online reputation and maintain positive brand perception.</li></ul>Stay Current on Trends:<ul><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.</li><li>Implement innovative strategies to ensure the brand stays competitive in a fast-evolving social media landscape.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
