We are seeking an exceptional Director of Health, Safety &amp; Loss Prevention to join our pre-opening team. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Develop, implement, and continuously refine health, safety, and loss prevention strategies, policies, and programs.</li><li>
Establish a strong culture of safety awareness and proactive risk management across all divisions.</li><li>
Lead the property&rsquo;s emergency preparedness and crisis response plans, ensuring readiness through training, simulations, and regular review.</li><li>
Oversee all investigations related to accidents, incidents, or loss, ensuring timely resolution and reporting in line with global best practices.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with Engineering, People &amp; Culture, and Operations teams to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and occupational safety standards.</li><li>
Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, emergency services, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth coordination when required.</li><li>
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees and contractors on workplace safety, fire prevention, and emergency response.</li><li>
Evaluate and recommend the latest technologies and best practices in security and safety management systems.</li><li>
Manage departmental budgets, risk assessments, audits, and performance reports, providing data-driven insights to enhance safety and operational excellence.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Minimum of 5&ndash;7 years&rsquo; leadership experience in Health, Safety, Security, or Loss Prevention within luxury hospitality, resort, or mixed-use environments.</li><li>
Proven success in pre-opening projects and establishing safety management systems in large-scale operations.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of international health and safety standards, local KSA regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks.</li><li>
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train, influence, and inspire diverse teams.</li><li>
Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA strongly preferred.</li><li>
