About the job 
As the Preproduction Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and assisting production technicians in the acquisition, stocking, cleaning, disinfection and preparation of manufacturing materials for all production activities. This position is also responsible for personnel related matters including leave scheduling, daily assignments, and performance.
<ul>
<li>Partner with management, operations coordinators, and warehouse to ensure timely movement of materials interdepartmentally and into controlled spaces as needed</li>
<li>Successfully pass and remain qualified for entrance into the ISO 7 cleanrooms</li>
<li>Must be able to stand and maneuver around the tight spaces of a cleanroom for upwards of 7 hrs. per day</li>
<li>Learn to operate the Vapor Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) system Meet Right</li>
<li>First Time (RFT) metrics by reducing error / deviations and completing corrections in a timely manner</li>
<li>Must be able to rapidly assess situations, trouble shoot production concerns, guide technicians, and effectively communicate complex detailed information to management outside of the cleanrooms via electronic tools frequently and promptly</li>
<li>Ensure compliance to SOPs, batch records and HR policies, assisting in disciplinary action as needed</li>
<li>Track employee training to ensure compliance</li>
<li>Review and maintain adherence to the manufacturing schedules</li>
<li>Aid in inventory control by properly documenting components and materials used on corresponding paperwork</li>
<li>Provide on-the-floor support and leadership to the production team</li>
<li>Assist in coaching and training of technicians Aid in bi-annual reviews of standard operating procedures (SOPs)</li>
<li>Support process improvements and scale-up initiatives within the department</li>
<li>Approve electronic time keeping for reports</li>
<li>Manage personnel to operational standards and complete performance evaluations</li>
<li>Aid in annual personnel reviews</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>

Basic Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Supervision or lead experience required</li>
<li>A strong understanding of cGMP and GDP in a manufacturing setting required ISO 7</li>
<li>Gowning experience preferred Solid math and effective problem-solving skills with demonstrated use of sound judgement.</li>
<li>Good communication and organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively and lead a team.</li>
</ul>

The Environmental Monitoring (EM) Technician is responsible for providing routine and investigational environmental monitoring support of classified manufacturing, filling, and support areas for pharmaceutical operations.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, working safely and accountable for supporting all health, safety, and environmental Corporate and Site goals.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support production operations by means of EM sampling of classified manufacturing, filling, and support areas and operations personnel.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Successfully interact with and support EM laboratory processes.</li></ul>
