This is a part-time position with a maximum of up to 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Market products by developing and implementing marketing / advertising campaigns; tracking sales data; maintaining promotional materials inventory; planning meetings; maintaining databases; preparing reports
</li><li>Assist with the coordination of site visits to ensure the organization is represented in the best light
</li><li>Partner with internal/external customers/vendors and agencies to execute materials including social media, graphics, events and promotional items
</li><li>Help develop marketing processes and SOPs to support organizational alignment, brand standards and best practices
</li><li>Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of both the department and organizational activities
</li></ul> 
Basic Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, Business, Statistics or other relevant field AND/OR associate's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.</li>
<li>Digital Marketing Experience: social media management (SMM), CRM and Marketing Automation (Salesforce/Pardot), CMS (WordPress), Google Analytics</li>
<li>Experience preparing presentation decks, visual reports, digital and print communications</li>
<li>B2B marketing experience with solid grasp on customer experience</li>
<li>Creative, entrepreneurial, &lsquo;can do&rsquo; mindset &ndash; invested in continuous improvement</li>
<li>Portfolio of recent work preferred</li>
<li>Basic video / photo / design editing</li>
<li>Event and project management experience</li>
<li>Background in health care, pharma, life sciences or other regulated industries</li>

SUMMARY 
Compounds injectable formulations with strict adherence to standard operating procedures and cGMP requirements. Attention to detail / producing high-quality products is of upmost importance for this position.

SHIFT: Monday-Friday 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Prepares batches in their entirety from non-sterile bulk powder to sterilized product utilizing the detailed batch records</li>
<li>Passes and maintains all Media Fill qualification requirements and authorized to compound and aseptically fill product</li>
<li>Setup, operate, and maintain cleanroom equipment</li>
<li>Maintains proper cleanroom etiquette at all times</li>
<li>Ability to gown/garb appropriately every time entering the cleanroom area</li>
<li>Daily/weekly/monthly cleaning of cleanroom areas. Cleans equipment and sterilizes glassware, tools, and devices according to 
documented methods.</li>
<li>Utilizes designated electronic resources to document completion of tasks</li>
<li>Ability to learn and understand sterile compounding and cleanroom terminology (example: line of demarcation)</li>
<li>Stays up to date with all required competencies to include annual aseptic training and process qualifications along with any continuing 
education requirements to maintain licensure</li>
<li>Assists in managing inventory using best practices including FIFO/FEFO</li>
<li>Ensures confidentiality of Protected Health Information as per HIPAA requirements</li>
<li>Any other tasks or duties as assigned by management</li>

<li>Prepares components according to standard operating procedures</li>
<li>Ability to gown /garb appropriately every time entering the cleanroom area</li>
<li>Maintains proper cleanroom etiquette at all-times</li>
<li>Performs and documents daily functions of cleaning (hoods, cleanrooms, equipment, work areas, etc.)</li>
<li>Utilizes designated electronic resources to document completion of tasks</li>
<li>Assists in managing inventory using best practices including FIFO/FEFO</li>
<li>Orders, receives, and stores incoming supplies and raw materials</li>
<li>Selects, inspects, packages, and labels product</li>
<li>If qualified, provide initial and ongoing training to fellow employees on processes and equipment as directed by management</li>
<li>Stays up to date with all required competencies to include annual aseptic training and process qualifications</li>
<li>Ensures confidentiality of Protected Health Information as per HIPAA requirements</li>
<li>Any other tasks or duties as assigned by management</li>
