Kitchen and Bath Designer/Sales Senior Kitchen &amp; Bath DesignerFairfax Kitchen &amp; Bath Locations: Fairfax, VA &amp; Bethesda, MDFairfax Kitchen &amp; Bath is seeking an experienced Senior / Lead Kitchen &amp; Bath Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a confident, client-facing designer who can manage projects from initial consultation through contract execution in a fast-paced, design-build environment.Position OverviewThe Senior Designer will lead client projects from concept to contract, creating thoughtful, functional, and beautiful kitchen and bath designs while guiding clients through material selections and project scope.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Meet with clients to understand project goals, lifestyle needs, and budgets</li><li>Perform on-site measurements and site evaluations</li><li>Design kitchens and bathrooms using 2020 Design software</li><li>Prepare and present layouts, renderings, and material selections to clients</li><li>Create detailed scopes of work and proposals</li><li>Confidently close sales and secure signed contracts</li><li>Prepare job start documentation and transition projects to production</li><li>Follow up with clients throughout the sales and pre-construction process</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and manufacturers</li><li>Maintain organized client files and accurate documentation</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in kitchen and bath design</li><li>Strong proficiency in 2020 Design</li><li>Strong understanding of cabinetry, including experience working with custom and semi-custom cabinet lines</li><li>Solid knowledge of materials and finishes, including countertops, hardware, plumbing fixtures, tile, and specialty products</li><li>Proven ability to manage and close client projects independently</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills</li><li>Highly detail-oriented and comfortable working in a high-paced environment</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Showroom open 6 days per week</li><li>Closed Sundays</li><li>Saturdays required</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>A self-motivated designer who takes ownership of projects</li><li>Someone organized, reliable, and process-driven</li><li>A professional who understands both design and sales</li><li>Experience in a showroom or design-build firm is strongly preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $72,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearJob Type: Full-timePay: $72,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearJob Type: Full-timePay: $72,000.00 - $170,000.00 per yearExperience:<ul><li>Sales: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
