</b></p><ul><li>Lease apartments and promote resident satisfaction
</li><li>Respond to resident inquiries and resolve service issues promptly

</b></h1><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required
</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license is required
</li><li>Minimum of one year of residential leasing, sales, and/or property management experience required
</li><li>Experience in leadership and supervising a staff preferred
</li><li>Experience using Yardi or other related property management accounting software
</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
</li><li>Strong math and accounting skills
</li><li>Understanding of financial statements (budget, financial reports, accounting information, etc.)
</li><li>Strong understanding of federal, state, and local fair housing laws and provisions
</li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and some holidays
