As a Member Service Representative for our New Smyrna Beach branch, you&rsquo;ll be the first step in helping our members live financially free. This role is ideal for financially minded individuals who are eager to start or grow a career in banking while making a meaningful impact. FAIRWINDS Credit Union offers competitive benefits and a starting pay of $18.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn $19.00 per hour within your first year!

Your Role in Our Mission:
<ul>
<li>Welcome members with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring every interaction is personal and positive.</li>
<li>Perform routine teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.</li>
<li>Educate members on FAIRWINDS products, services, and digital tools such as mobile and online banking, helping them manage their finances more conveniently.</li>
<li>Assist members with account questions, service issues, and general inquiries, escalating as needed to resolve concerns quickly.</li>
<li>Maintain balancing standards and operational compliance for all transactions.</li>
<li>Support branch goals by identifying member needs and referring them to appropriate teammates for lending, account services, or investment solutions.</li>
<li>Maintain the appearance and organization of your teller station and the branch environment.</li>
<li>Participate in individual and team coaching sessions to build product knowledge and improve member service skills.</li>
<li>Live and model The FAIRWINDS Way values in everything you do.</li>
