As an integral part of our program, you will lead diverse enrichment activities that promote growth, creativity, and social-emotional development in children across various age groups.Duties<ul><li>Plan and deliver dynamic after-school activities aligned with educational standards and developmental needs</li><li>Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques</li><li>Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by adhering to health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary</li><li>Facilitate activities that support childhood development, including arts, sports, theater, tutoring, and specialized education programs</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children&rsquo;s progress and behavior</li><li>Maintain organized activity materials and ensure the cleanliness of the classroom or activity space</li><li>Collaborate with other staff members to create an inclusive environment that supports children with special education needs or behavioral challenges</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong classroom management skills to maintain a positive learning environment</li><li>Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings such as daycare, camp, or tutoring programs</li><li>Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development milestones</li><li>Ability to implement behavior management strategies effectively</li><li>First aid certification or willingness to obtain training prior to start date</li><li>Familiarity with special education practices and working with children with diverse needs</li><li>Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members</li><li>Passion for teaching, mentoring, and fostering a love of learning in young students</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels children's growth!
