<ul><li>Personal care: bathing, grooming, hygiene</li>
<li>Meal preparation and light housekeeping</li>
<li>Sweeping, washing dishes, laundry, taking out trash</li>
<li>Assistance to appointments and running errands</li>
<li>Grocery shopping as needed</li>
<li>Providing companionship and emotional support</li>
<li>Maintaining a safe, comfortable home environment</li>
<li>Communicating with the client&rsquo;s family and care team</li>
<li>Follow the care plan and complete assigned tasks</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Minimum 1 year of experience as an HHA, DCW, or PCA</p>
</li>
<li><p>Dementia care experience required</p>
</li>
<li><p>Valid driver&rsquo;s license, reliable transportation &amp; current auto insurance</p>
</li>
<li><p>High school diploma or equivalent</p>
</li>
<li><p>Ability to pass a background check</p>
</li>
<li><p>Current TB test</p>
</li>

<ul><li>Monday, Tuesday, Thursday &amp; Friday</li>
<li>10:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM</li>
