 Responsible for the medical oversight of patient care by delegating authority to ensure adherence to accepted standards of EMS medical practice, including credentialing certified and licensed emergency medical technicians, paramedics, advanced paramedics and physicians.

 Establishes, implements, and modifies standards of care, communication standards, and quality improvement protocols. Evaluates provider practices to ensure compliance with these established standards.

 Develops, implements and revises policies and procedures for pre-hospital care, including patient triage, transport, transfer, dispatch, extrication, rescue and training through the system credentialing process.

 <li>
 Conducts system audits and quality assurance evaluations of programs. Develops and monitors management processes for patient care incidents, complaints, and deviations from established protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creates guidelines for reviewing incidents that may adversely impact patients or the EMS system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Acts as a liaison with local, regional, and national medical communities to assess and respond to community needs regarding emergency medical services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Defines the scope of responsibility for credentialed emergency medical technicians and nurses, providing policies and procedures for medical services at emergency scenes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develops and implements standards for patient transport and non-transport, including criteria for selecting appropriate patient destinations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyzes employee and business needs to develop short- and long-range strategies, goals, action plans, and budget requirements.
 </li>

 MBBS Degree with Board in emergency medicine, EMS and disaster management is preferable.

 Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
 
 
 
 Licenses / Certifications:
 
 
 
 SCFHS, ITLS, PHTLS, ATLS and ACLS

Technical Supervisor / Emergency Medicine

<div>
 
 1. Supervises and manages personnel in the Security Unit to ensure high quality of performance and aligns with Fakeeh Care policies and procedures
 
 
 2. Responsible for scheduling staff and distributing personnel effectively to meet security needs
 
 
 3. Reviews and implements security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with MOI, internal, international accreditations standards and requirements. Develops emergency procedures and an Emergency Disaster Manual as needed
 
 
 4. Ensures that government agencies requirements are implemented and followed throughout the organization
 
 
 5. Conducts regular inspections and audits, documents findings and follows up on recommendations
 
 
 6. Investigates all security incidents and recommends measures to prevent recurrence
 
 
 7. Inspects construction and renovation sites to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
 
 
 8. Monitors hospital and other facilities&rsquo; operations to ensure adherence to various regulations and standards. Prepares awareness presentations on security issues
 
 
 9. Reports daily security issues to the line manager
 
 
 10. Participates in meetings and committees as required
 
 
 11. Supervises the work order system issuance from the control room and manages involved personnel
 
 
 12. Conducts security training sessions for current staff and new hires to enhance awareness and compliance with security protocols
 
 
 13. Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job
