The candidate will be responsible for finding suppliers, negotiating prices, managing purchases, coordinating imports, and supporting daily operations of the company. Those who have experience in IMPORTING with UAE Experience only preferred.---Key Responsibilities1. Sourcing &amp; Supplier ManagementIdentify and evaluate new suppliers for AC equipment, spare parts, and materials.Request quotations (RFQs) and compare prices, quality, and delivery terms.Maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.Research new products, market pricing, and alternative vendors.2. Purchasing &amp; ProcurementPrepare purchase orders and follow the full procurement cycle.Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.Coordinate shipments, imports, and logistics with freight forwarders.Ensure timely delivery of material to the warehouse or to customers.3. Sales Executive(HVAC/Building Materials)

Responsible for end-to-end import and purchasing operations for an AC trading company. Manages sourcing, supplier coordination, documentation, logistics, customs clearance, and inventory planning with full compliance to UAE import regulations. Those who have experience in both Importing and purchasing preferred.Key Responsibilities1. Sourcing &amp; Purchasing<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with international suppliers for AC units, spare parts, compressors, and related HVAC products.</li><li>Prepare RFQs, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.</li><li>Maintain supplier database and evaluate supplier performance.</li><li>Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to determine purchase requirements and stock levels.</li></ul>2. Import Operations<ul><li>Manage complete import cycle: purchase order creation, shipment booking, freight coordination, customs documentation, and clearance.</li><li>Verify proforma invoices, packing lists, HS codes, and certificate requirements for HVAC items.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE import laws, SIRA/ESMA requirements where applicable.</li><li>Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to prevent delays.</li></ul>3. Logistics &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Track shipments and update internal teams on expected arrival.</li><li>Coordinate delivery from port to warehouse, ensuring accurate receiving and documentation.</li><li>Optimize shipping costs and identify efficient logistics options (air, sea, land).</li></ul>4. Documentation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Prepare and manage LPOs, LC documents, shipping documents, COO, and inspection certificates.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE customs, duty structures, import regulations, and local municipality requirements for AC products.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of import transactions and regulatory documents.</li></ul>5. Inventory &amp; Cost Control<ul><li>Monitor stock levels and reorder schedules.</li><li>Conduct cost analysis for landed cost calculations.</li><li>Support finance with supplier payments, reconciliations, and budgeting.</li></ul>6.
