&middot; Design and Detailing of Fire Alarm, CCTV &amp; Electrical system for industrial, commercial and residential project.&middot; Placing of fire alarm and electrical device as per NFPA standards.&middot; Preparation of battery and voltage drop calculations, panel schedule, load calculations, bill of materials, riser diagram, symbol legends, sequence of operations.&middot; XLS fire alarm systems&middot; System Architecture&middot; Prepare/understand FDS (Functional Design Specifications), DDS (Detailed Design Specifications)&middot; Should be able to prepare:&middot; Riser diagrams&middot; Typical wiring diagrams&middot; Heat Load calculations&middot; GA drawings&middot; Fire panel internal layout drawings&middot; Should be conversant with NFPA standards related to Fire Alarm Systems.&middot; Adherence to required processes/ policies/ standards.&middot; Generating detailed mechanical drawings of customized automation systems.&middot; Developing models and designs from concept&middot; Good understanding of working principle of machines and material selection while designing&middot; Generating 3D CAD model, 2D drawings for mechanical components and assemblies of Special Purpose Machines&middot; Basic knowledge of Electrical and Logic control&middot; Preparation of BOM list on SAPDesired Candidate Profile&middot; Minimum 2-6 years of experience preferably in the automation/ machine tool industry&middot; BE Mechanical or Design EngineeringJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
