 Job Summary:&nbsp;
 
 
 The&nbsp;Director of Talent Acquisition&nbsp;will&nbsp;be responsible&nbsp;for&nbsp;overseeing FRB&rsquo;s&nbsp;recruitment strategy to attract, hire and&nbsp;retain&nbsp;top talent, as well as developing and executing an effective workforce strategy, aligning&nbsp;all strategies with the company&rsquo;s business goals.&nbsp;&nbsp;They will oversee all onboarding&nbsp;and offboarding&nbsp;efforts, including orientation, exit interviews, and overseeing the FRB Alumni&nbsp;initiative and&nbsp;database.&nbsp;
 
 
 Duties/Responsibilities:&nbsp;
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Develops,&nbsp;facilitates, and implements&nbsp;all phases of the recruitment&nbsp;life cycle&nbsp;including attracting, interviewing, selecting/hiring and onboarding top talent.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Identifies&nbsp;and implements&nbsp;efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies&nbsp;based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Manages a pipeline of&nbsp;potential&nbsp;candidates&nbsp;by networking and&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;relationships with&nbsp;organizations and universities.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Creates&nbsp;job postings and manages&nbsp;job openings through the Applicant Tracking System.&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensures all positions are posted on the company career page.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Screens applications&nbsp;and&nbsp;selects&nbsp;qualified candidates&nbsp;by&nbsp;utilizing&nbsp;screening questions and conducting initial interviews for top candidates.&nbsp;Schedules interviews&nbsp;for hiring managers; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.&nbsp;

 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Collaborates with the hiring manager during the offer process,&nbsp;identifying&nbsp;and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.&nbsp;&nbsp;Manages all offers and sends letters and NDAs through Docusign.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Acts as the liaison for&nbsp;external recruiting agencies.&nbsp;&nbsp;Oversees&nbsp;agreements&nbsp;and manages a spreadsheet of all&nbsp;agencies along with their specialties.&nbsp;&nbsp;Makes recommendations to&nbsp;hiring&nbsp;managers for positions that we are unable to&nbsp;hire for&nbsp;internally.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Conducts new hire orientation and provides&nbsp;management with onboarding checklists and&nbsp;assistance&nbsp;as needed.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Ensures&nbsp;compliance with&nbsp;federal, state, and local&nbsp;employment laws and regulations,&nbsp;and&nbsp;company policies.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Tracks and analyzes&nbsp;recruitment metrics including staffing complement, cost per hire and time to fill metrics.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Oversees offboarding process, including conducting exit&nbsp;interviews,&nbsp;tracking trends.&nbsp;&nbsp;Supports management in terminating employees.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Attends and&nbsp;participates&nbsp;in&nbsp;college&nbsp;job fairs and recruiting sessions.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Performs&nbsp;other duties as assigned.&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Required Skills/Abilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>

 Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment&nbsp;for&nbsp;a variety of roles.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Proactive and independent with&nbsp;the&nbsp;ability to take initiative.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Excellent time management skills with&nbsp;a&nbsp;proven ability to meet deadlines.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Proficient with&nbsp;or&nbsp;the&nbsp;ability&nbsp;to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Education and Experience:&nbsp;
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s&nbsp;degree&nbsp;in Human Resources&nbsp;or related field,&nbsp;or equivalent work experience,&nbsp;required.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 At least five years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process&nbsp;highly preferred.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
