Job Summary Fallen Leaf Landing Inc. Is seeking a skilled laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and an understanding of pipe/ utility work and LABOR, such as digging, carpentry, metal fabrication, basic equipment knowledge, personal and job site Saftey, and job site maintenance. This role requires fluent blueprints and schematics reading capabilities and the ability to follow instructions. Primary duties are general labor.COMPENSATION IS DOEDuties<ul><li>Hand labor, digging, placing rocks, assisting in the placement of utility lines, minor landscaping duties, assistance on demolition and excavation job sites.</li><li>Operate and maintain equipment properly.</li><li>Work well with members on construction site projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.</li><li>Troubleshoot issues related to processes and equipment as they arise.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in labor and equipment operation, with a strong understanding of mechanical principles.</li><li>Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics for accurate assembly.</li><li>Familiarity with codes and standards relevant to the construction industry.</li><li>Ability to work effectively on construction sites, adapting to various environments.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.</li><li>Must be able to swim</li><li>Must be able to lift 70 pounds pain and injury free</li><li>previous operating experience time and 1+ year of labor experience</li><li>Possess a valid drivers license</li><li>Has reliable 4wd vehicle</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeWork Location: In person
