We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a solid understanding of UI/UX principles, and hands-on experience with modern design tools. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive website designs.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design responsive, modern, and user-centric website layouts</li><li>Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for client projects</li><li>Work closely with developers and marketing teams to turn designs into functional websites</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across web pages and digital assets</li><li>Optimize designs for speed, usability, and engagement</li><li>Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI/UX best practices, and tools</li><li>Prepare and present design ideas to clients</li><li>Manage multiple design tasks and deliver within deadlines</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator</li><li>Strong understanding of UI/UX principles</li><li>Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design</li><li>Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus</li><li>Experience with WordPress or website builders (optional but preferred)</li><li>Ability to manage time and work on multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in designing websites for different industries</li><li>Knowledge of SEO-friendly design structures</li><li>Motion graphics or video editing skills (added advantage)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,006.23 - &#8377;35,898.07 per monthWork Location: In person
