We are looking for qualified, caring Toddler early childhood teachers for our large, non-profit Early Learning Center.

Qualifications For Success<ul><li>
Be joyful, enthusiastic and engaging.</li><li>
MA EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher certification.</li><li>
Flexible team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to bend, stand, squat, stoop, walk, occasionally run, and lift up to 35 pounds.</li></ul>
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Create an educational environment that is inquiry and play based, emergent, challenging and inviting.</li><li>
Provide a nurturing, individualized approach to teaching toddlers.</li><li>
Value diversity and be curious and respectful of differences between individuals, families, and cultures.</li><li>
Continue to learn and grow as a professional in the field of early childhood education.</li></ul>

For over 100 years, the organization has served thousands of families, regardless of their economic status, from Newton and neighboring towns.
