Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC/R systems and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure optimal system performance.Duties<ul><li>Install HVAC systems according to specifications and local codes.</li><li>Install, repair, service piping, hydronics etc.</li><li>Work with schematics to understand system designs and layouts.</li><li>Conduct tests on installed systems to ensure proper functionality.</li><li>Weld components as necessary for system installation or repair.</li><li>Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding system operations.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in HVAC installation or a related field.</li><li>Knowledge of hand and power tools, computer and mechanical skills.</li><li>Familiar with duct work, duct seal, piping, venting, as they relate to HVAC installations.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.</li><li>Proficient in welding techniques relevant to HVAC installations.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.</li><li>Relevant certifications in HVAC/R are required OSHA 10, EPA certified</li><li>Clean Driver's License</li></ul>Join us in providing exceptional HVAC solutions while advancing your career in a supportive environment!Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>Overtime</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Albany, NY 12207 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Albany, NY 12207: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
