<div>Family Dental Associates is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join our established partner practice in Rutland, VT. This practice features a large active patient base and strong office culture.
Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills, and prioritizes patient care. Candidates should have a minimum of 2-4 years&rsquo; working experience, preferably post completion of a GPR.

17 operatories, 2 operatories available to new provider</li><li>
Dr. chairs: 8 Hyg. chairs: 9</li><li>
CBCT, iTero, Digital X-rays</li><li>
Schedule: Mon-Thurs</li><li>

 Compensation for full-time employees:<ul><li>
Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections</li><li>

 Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>
At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred</li><li>
Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry</li><li>
Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients</li><li>
GPR or AEGD preferred</li><li>
Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve</li><li>
Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with patients</li></ul>
